Requirement
The client had conceptualized the idea of building employee stock options product to automate entire grant, vesting, exercise and allotment processes.

Challeges
The challenge was to develop a very complex system to manage ESOP processes along with realtime and accurate perquisite tax calculation based on taxable income which should be better than competitor product.
Solutions
Our team worked hard to deliver on time and with good quality web based product to automate the entire ESOP process:- We built pages to configure company, department, division, grade, designation, users, roles, grant assignment, grant assignment, vesting schedule and process, exercise requests, consider for allotment and allotment. Our software team adhered to quality standard set by client and we built responsive web based product using bootstrap framework with HTML5 so that it run well in mobile as well. We built android app with highly intuitive design and super easy navigation. We built an accurate perquisite tax calculation logic based on taxable income of employees. The client was delighted by the solution we provided: It has gone live and client has sold to Tejas network. We have got few more product development projects.
